Hi, I’m Sarah.
As a Regulatory Affairs Engineer and Medical Device R&D Manager with 25 years of experience in high-tech industries, I’ve always sought practical solutions to real-life challenges. But it was my personal journey as a mother of six that inspired me to explore deeper ways to achieve emotional and physical balance.
Drawing on my experience with kinesiology, alternative medicine, and powerful psychosomatic techniques introduced to me by my sister Loren, I developed the Self Treatment method—a simple, effective way to find immediate inner balance, anytime and anywhere.
This method allows you to express your true feelings honestly and privately through writing, helping you release negative emotions, pain, anger, and internal blockages. It transformed my life and the lives of my family members, and I’m confident it can transform yours, too.

May Self-treatment also help with pain?
Self-treatment does not pretend to replace medicine. However, it can relieve a moment of sadness, pain, and depression, make you feel better, and bring back hope. For diseases, it relies on psychosomatic symbolism of the disease to help you express relevant feelings to feel better.

Is it an AI solution?
The application uses AI to improve the user experience while dialoguing, but the methodology is our core development, and the solution is the result of your own reflection.
When should I use Self-treatment and when Visualization?
Always begin for yourself with self-treatment to express and clarify all emotions and origins.
However, if the issue stays painful and unresolved, complete with visualization.
For your children, visualization is best, but the parent needs first to do a self-treatment on his own feelings regarding the child to become completely neutral before treating the child.
Why do I feel something is not right?
Self-treatment can be limited to our own vision of the truth. The Visualization method can also help unlock. But if not, do not hesitate to get help from a facilitator.
How are treatments counted?
Treatment is counted after more than 5 minutes of discussion and may last as long as needed.
However, after one hour without exchange, it will be considered a new treatment.
